Mikel Unzurrunzaga Schmitz, better known as “Makala”, has launched his second album. After many collaborations, remixes and sessions, this boy from Zarautz who plays the bass, is a singer, a disc jockey and a promoter at the same time, will offer us plenty of dancing. This new record mixes up reggae, drum'n'bass, latin and funk rhythms.

This inimitable quintet is formed by these musicians: Xabi Solano (trikitixa or Basque accordion music), Oskar “Benas” (guitar), two singers who have been travelling everywhere with the famous singer Fermin Muguruza (Xabi played with him in the tour known as Kontrabandaren Komunikazioa and Oskar played with Fermin Muguruza Dub Manifest band), plus Sergio (bass player in Joxe Ripiau band), Egoitz Drogas playing the bass and Saizar playing the percussions and makes the choruses. It has a punk spirit, and roots and dance from the four corners of the earth.

A new album by this hard metal band. Mikel Anestesia has again worked as a producer; Mikel has decided to meet the band and create this album called "Kontra" which contains 11 songs. This is another success for this band which must be placed among the leaders of the metal sound.

At last, here comes Zebra. We’ve waited a long time for the new album by Anari. They launched their last album, “Habiak” (Nest) 5 years ago (Esan Ozenki Records 2000) and it was a beautiful present for all of us. In fact, it received high praise from both the audience and the critics.

NEGU GORRIAK - 1990-2001 (Esan Ozenki Records - Metak)

This is the whole history of the band Negu Gorriak. This work begins with Radio Rahim and ends up with the celebration of the victory in the trial of the former Colonel, Galindo. Moreover, it became the farewell of the band because 30,000 fans attended those farewell concerts that were held in Bayonne and the Velodrome of San Sebastian. If anyone wants to understand the development of music in the Basque Country, Negu Gorriak is a must.
